If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 10 non-working days from the delivery date of your order. You can select product replacement, credit balance or full money refund.
In order for the return to be accepted, all purchases must be in perfect condition with the original label and in their initial package.
If you have decided to change a purchase, you need to email us at email@example.com or call us at +30 2310 870009 . Please inform us whether you want to change a size and/or color of a product or if you wish you replace it with another item from our e-shop.
2.IN ORDER TO ISSUE RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
- Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
- Items must have their original labels and their original packaging , including no damage in the additional packaging and items such as belts, shoes, bags, accessories and shirts that is considered past or the original item
- In case of shoe returns, the original designer shoe box must be returned and not another box. The original box is not considered the packaging box of the item and must be placed in another packaging box.
- If the original boxes of the items damaged the return cannot be accepted
- When shoes are being returned in their original shoe box, no tape must the applied on the shoe box
- If the returned boxes are damaged the return cannot be accepted
- All bathing suits and Bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear and their protective tape must not be removed
- For hygiene reasons, if the protective tape has been removed or if the items are considered dirty, no returns are acceptable
The customer is responsible for evaluating his/her purchase once received, that it represents their original order. The customer is also responsible for trying on the purchased items without removing any original label, until he/she can confirm that the purchase represents the original order. Otherwise the items are considered to be in an altered state and cannot be accepted for refunds or returns.
For any returned items, the customer is responsible to return those not altered and in their original condition, including all labels and receipts. No returns are acceptable without the original receipt.
Items can be returned within 3 working days from the receipt of the confirmation email, with no extra shipping fees. All return shipments must be made with SPEEDEX, by back charging ipatiamykonos.com. The free shipping applies to only one return.

In case of price difference between the returned and the new item, this can be paid in two ways: payment on delivery or with money wire/transfer to our bank account. In case of wiring/money transfer, the customer needs to send proof of payment via email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
In case of more than one return, all shipping charges are the customers’ responsibility.
If the customer is not satisfied with the returns, items can be exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date (exceptions apply during sales periods) and after communicating at ipatiamykonos.com.
For a full money refund and no item exchange, all shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping) will be deducted from the overall item value that is being refunded. This value is 12.00 Euros. In case the customer has already paid the shipping free .
For items that have been purchased during BAZZAR sales or any other sales period, NO returns or full money refunds are acceptable. Exceptions apply if the items were received damaged.
Full money refunds are processed within 30 days of the day items have been received and inspected for any damage. Refunds are made only to the original form of payment, credit card, Paypal account or bank account. Note: Processing time of full refunds depends on the bank processing time only.
The refund is being credited on your bank account as a credit and can be used towards any other purchase within 6 months of reception (1 credit = 1 Euro).
Ipatiamykonos.com has the right to decline any returns or refunds if they are not authorized and/or if they do not comply with the refund policy available at ipatiamykonos.com.
In case of non-authorized or non-acceptable returns (if the above mentioned procedure was not followed) all items will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
